Hello, my name is Owen Thomas. I'm a married father-of-two from north London. I am currently studying an MSc in Career Coaching and Coaching Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London. I will graduate in 2026.
My aim is to work as a career coach, to help people maximise their potential and achieve their professional goals. I worked for more than two decades as a freelance TV editor, working for all major channels and production houses across a wide variety of projects in the UK and worldwide. I have extensive experience of fast-turnaround environments, delivering to tight deadlines, and gained a reputation as a fast, conscientious editor who consistently thrived under pressure. However, I began to crave more human interaction, and, after receiving positive feedback from a colleague regarding some advice I had given, a seed was planted.
Now, I want to use my professional experience to help others navigate career difficulties, enabling them to discover true purpose and fulfilment.
